Utilizing the transformative power of somatics, we facilitate spaces of collective healing through hosting interactive workshops for peoples across the United States. Participants uncover the blocks preventing them from being in authentic connection to themselves, to others, and to Spirit.

These accessible + inclusive workshops equip participants with tangible tools and resources to unpack their own disconnect to home, as well as an intentional community of individuals breaking cycles of trauma for our collective liberation.
